What is the return policy?
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. See our full Returns & Exchanges page for details.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, items marked "Final Sale" and custom/made-to-order furniture pieces are not eligible for return.
When will I get my order?
Karachi orders arrive in 1–2 days, major cities in 2–4 days, and other areas in 4–10 days depending on location.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our furniture is designed and crafted in-house at our Karachi studio, combining metal craftsmanship with modern design.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over PKR 3,000. Orders below that are charged a standard delivery fee shown at checkout.
